Both Jason and Carron were delightful people and did a most thorough and efficient job. We were completely satisfied and will gladly employ them on a future occasion. unfortunately, they were significantly delayed in getting to us because earlier jobs had taken longer than expected. But, at least, they came!

"Lovely couple, friendly, professional, good value for money, I had no hot water and they reacted very promptly to my problem and even though a part had to be ordered everything was back to normal within 36 hours of my original call. Will definitely be using them again for servicing etc."

"So Jason & Carron have just left my property after spending approx 20 mins trying work out an issue with a Vailliant. Although the issue is not as straight forward as 'repaired & resolved' on this visit, Jason was very helpful explaining the possibilities & what happens next whilst Carron was a joy to chat with. I found JCJ on Trust a Trader and highly recommend this company. Very attentive, good communication to let me know when they would arrive & friendly and will definately be using them again in the future."
